After having several companies come out for a quote, we met Emily who offered to do a “Guided” estate sale with us. This service is perfect for estates that may not be big enough for a company to take the job. Emily walked our family through the process, helped price items fairly and prepped the house for any safety concerns. She was available via text or call throughout the sale for any questions or concerns. Because her service is a one-time fee, any profit we made from the sale went directly to the family/estate.
